We have a no refund policy once a successful payment has been made and you've been provided with a zoom link for our training sessions or our private telgram channel link for our VIP membership
However, in order to be elligible for a refund will be with cases where you have been charged multiple times via our payment provider or when you card was used to make a transaction on our platform without your permission
